"Am I too old to do this? After all, I have grown children and 5 grandchildren...
I had never had pictures of this type done before, but I thought they would make a nice wedding gift for my husband on our wedding day... especially since I had lost about 85 pounds for my big day!

I was searching for a place that did tasteful, classy, yet sexy pictures. I had found several places online that I had checked into, but I was constantly drawn back to Kim's boudoir page. I had emailed her, and she had called me right away. She is amazing to talk with and I think we may have chatted for nearly an hour.
The wedding was so close, and I just couldn't fit the photo shoot in beforehand, so I rescheduled my shoot for approximately a year later to give to my husband as an anniversary gift. I hadn't spoken to Kim all that time until 2 days prior when I was freaking out because I had gained back 50 pounds of the weight I lost for my initial shoot. I didn't think I could do this... I was actually making myself sick over the thought of it. I called Kim and spoke with her for a good half hour, and she reassured me that I would do fine and that I would love my photos.

Picture day...
I almost called in sick, I was so nervous. I pulled over a couple of times because I thought I was going to throw up. But, I finally made it to the studio! I was greeted at the door by a sweet, smiling face with a familiar voice (Kim). And I immediately knew I made the right decision.  She had a welcome sign with my name on it at the vanity that made me feel like this day was truly all about me. I was introduced to Traci who did my hair and makeup, and I was OBSESSED with both!

Kim then showed me the boudoir studio where she would work her magic. But THEN, it was time to get down to business and change into some of the outfits I had brought. I started feeling sick all over again, so she had me start with my lesser revealing outfit. Kim is so kind and professional and reassuring that I was instantly at ease again and it was almost hard to stay serious during this pajama party ambiance.

Hair and makeup, 5 outfit changes, indoor and outdoor photos, break for lunch for about an hour, come back to the studio, look through my pictures... OMG, this woman is PURE MAGIC! I never felt more beautiful and sexy in my entire life! I seriously had tears of happiness! It was extremely difficult to narrow down the shots from 90+ to just over 30 to be put in my photo book for my husband, and I hugged her with so much gratitude as I left that day.

My book came in just under 2 weeks, was beautifully packaged and is just so incredible! I cried like a baby when I looked through it because I still can't believe that's me!

I only have a few more weeks to wait until my anniversary, but I am having a very hard time NOT giving my husband the book early!  I can honestly say that this has been one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had... even with the extra weight I have regained, I still felt beautiful! I would absolutely recommend anyone that is considering this experience to just do it! THIS is the place, and Kim and Traci are your people! You will truly look at yourself with a little more grace and hopefully a lot more love.
